Welcome to PuzzleSov: Offline Brain Games ("PuzzleSov", "we", "us", or "our"), developed by PuzzleSov Games under package ID com.puzzlesov.game. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains how PuzzleSov handles data when you use our mobile application and related web services hosted at https://puzzlesov.netlify.app.

All 5 puzzle games (Cosmic Gem Match 3, Water Color Sort, Neon 2048 Number Drop, Gem Slash, and Bubble Shooter Neo) execute 100% locally on your smartphone CPU.

• No continuous internet connection or Wi-Fi is required to play games or advance levels.
• Your high scores, level completions, daily streaks, and game states are saved locally on your device storage.
• No gameplay data is sent to external servers or cloud accounts.

PuzzleSov uses an encrypted key-value database (Hive Local Storage) on your Android device to remember your game settings and score records locally:

• gem_slash_high_score_easy, normal, hard — Mode-specific high scores.
• color_sort_level, tile_match_level, bubble_shooter_level — Unlocked level progress.
• sound_enabled, selected_language — Preferred sound & language settings.
• current_streak, last_login_date — Daily 365-day quest streak tracker.

To keep PuzzleSov 100% free for all players, we display non-intrusive advertisements served by Google AdMob SDK (such as banner ads, interstitials between levels, and optional rewarded video ads for level rescues).

AdMob may automatically collect non-personal device information (e.g. Advertising ID, device model, language, and IP address) to serve non-personalized or personalized ads in compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and GDPR/CCPA regulations.

When you rate PuzzleSov via our in-app Rating Dialog or submit optional feedback:

• If you give 4 or 5 stars, we invite you to leave a rating on the official Google Play Store listing.
• If you submit feedback notes or suggestions, the note is transmitted via a secure HTTPS Apps Script webhook (Google Sheet logging) to help PuzzleSov Games fix bugs and improve performance.
• No personal identification or device contact list is accessed.

If you choose to use our optional "Report a Bug" feature in Settings:

• You will be directed to an official Google Form link (https://forms.gle/jcRq9Qtghdjp998o7).
• Submitting a bug report is 100% voluntary. You may choose to describe game glitches, attach screenshots, or provide an optional contact email for follow-up.

PuzzleSov is family-friendly and suitable for players of all ages. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13 years of age.
