By downloading, installing, or playing PuzzleSov: Offline Brain Games (package ID com.puzzlesov.game) or accessing https://puzzlesov.netlify.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

PuzzleSov Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play PuzzleSov for personal, non-commercial entertainment on your compatible Android smartphone or tablet.

To preserve an honest, competitive leaderboard experience for all players:

• You may not modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or tamper with PuzzleSov APK files or Hive database storage.
• The use of automated memory editors, score spoofing tools, or unauthorized bots to artificially inflate high scores or XP levels is strictly prohibited.

PuzzleSov features virtual score points (PTS), prestige Experience Points (XP), in-game hearts, and streak badges.

All title, copyright, trademarks, logos (`PuzzleSov`), UI artwork, sound effects, and source code are the exclusive intellectual property of PuzzleSov Games.

PuzzleSov is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. PuzzleSov Games shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from device hardware failure or local data clearing.

We reserve the right to review and modify these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
